Shipping Policy At Natural K9 Supplies, we make every effort to offer our customers the best value possible. We do not play games with our prices by charging a premium for shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. Natural K9 Supplies only charges you our exact cost, we never mark up shipping. We offer fast, friendly service. Most of our orders (95%) ship the following business day we receive them. If your item is back ordered, you will be notified within 1 - 2 business days from the time you placed your order. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers. Please expect your items to arrive within 7 business days of when we ship the order.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it necessary to exchange a non-food item, you may do so by contacting us at our toll free number. The items must be in original, resale condition. We would need a list of what is being exchanged, why it is being exchanged, and the product name of the item wanted for the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Because food items have an expiration, exchanges are not permissible for food items.

Return Policy: All non-food products ordered from NaturalK9Supplies.com come with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know and we will attempt to accomodate you. Since we are an online company we do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds only apply to non-food items.
  • The only fees that would apply for an order would be the price to ship the product(s) back to us.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded, sorry.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
  • To acquire an RMA please email us with your order number
  • Any food consumable item would not qualify for a refund.
  • To qualify for a refund, the condition of the products need to be in their original un-opened packaging.
  • If a refund is given, the refund would be credited back to the same credit card used during the purchase.


Cancellation Policy: Because we ship most of our items the same day we receive your order, we cannot allow cancellations. Please see above for our exchange policy.

Order Status Notification: We will send you a confirmation email at the time of your order, then you will receive an email notification with a tracking number or detailed information.
