To refill our dispenser with a new roll of bags, remove the lid, then remove the used bag cartridge and refill it with a new bag cartridge. Replace the lid and you're ready to go! The refill bags are not only biodegradeable, they are also leak proof with double-sealed construction

Excellent product
I have a Seeing Eye dog and wanted a scented bag that also wasn't too long or too small. These scented bags do a pretty good job of masking the smell. In summer, our outdoor trash-can gets pretty smelly, but these bags toned it down quite a bit. I definitly recommend them to anyone who wants to cut down on the odor.
